How long does an order take to ship?
Please allow up to 72 hours for your order to dispatch. In most cases orders ship in 1-2 days. Bohemia is run by a team of one! Quick + efficient dispatch is the norm, however, a multi-tasking tea master + mother may experience occasional delays due to life.
In the event that an item you have ordered is delayed or unavailable, Bohemia will notify you and make arrangements for a refund, or alternate product selection.
Do you ship worldwide?
Bohemia now offers international shipping through Go Sweet Spot and are excited to offer our tea tonics to the world via Fedex and New Zealand Post.
How long does shipping take?
Within New Zealand the expected delivery time is 1-2 days within the North Island and 2-3 days for the South Island. For international orders please allow 10-20 days for orders to arrive. Bohemia will update estimated arrival times as this new service is rolled out.

What if my order is lost or damaged?
Your orders are always packed with care and reasonable protective packaging.
Parcels can be mishandled + damaged in transit however. There is an option to flat pack your tea boxes to avoid damage and extra packing materials. Please contact us to arrange flat packing.
Bohemia will assist you with logging a missing parcel case with the relevant shipping provider. Missing parcel cases must be filed within 30 days of placing your order, otherwise any potential compensation will have expired. Bohemia Tea is not liable for missing, stolen or damaged parcels.
For International orders:
Bohemia Tea is responsible for your package until it leaves New Zealand. Once the parcel has landed in the country of destination, any loss or damage is out of our hands. Bohemia will assist you to the best of our ability and within reason in the case of parcels missing in transit. Bohemia Tea is not liable for any missing, stolen or damaged parcels.

International shipments may incur duties or customs fees upon arrival. These are the responsibility of the customer. Please check with your local customs office in regards to customs fees and any limitations on importing tea + herbal teas.
